REPORTING A SECURITY OR PRIVACY ISSUE
To report a suspected security vulnerability, privacy issue, unauthorized access, or actual or suspected misuse of Amazon Data, email sales@blueoceancenter.com with the subject line “Security Report.”

Please include your name and contact information, a description of the issue, the affected Blue Ocean service, page, or system, steps to reproduce when applicable, the date and time observed, and relevant screenshots or supporting information. Do not include passwords, access tokens, API credentials, or unnecessary customer data.

OUR PROCESS
1. Submission and acknowledgment — Blue Ocean records the report and acknowledges receipt.
2. Tracking and assessment — The report is assigned for review, severity classification, and tracking.
3. Investigation and containment — Blue Ocean investigates, limits potential impact, and preserves relevant records.
4. Resolution and notification — Blue Ocean remediates confirmed issues and provides status or resolution information when appropriate.
5. Escalation — Incidents involving Amazon Data or Amazon Ads integrations are escalated to the responsible security, privacy, and management personnel and handled in accordance with applicable contractual, legal, and Amazon requirements.

GOOD-FAITH REPORTING
Do not access, alter, download, or disclose data that does not belong to you; disrupt services; conduct denial-of-service testing; use social engineering; or publicly disclose an issue before Blue Ocean has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

EMERGENCY OR ACTIVE INCIDENT
If you believe an incident is actively exposing customer or Amazon Data, clearly mark the email “URGENT SECURITY INCIDENT.”
