Blue Ocean was founded in Beaverton, Oregon in 2015 and grew from return management into forward fulfillment, product configuration, multi-location operations, and connected software.
OUR STORY
From returns management to a broader supply chain operation.
Blue Ocean initially focused on high-value consumer-electronics return management. As customer needs expanded, the company developed warehouse-management capabilities, entered forward fulfillment, added electronics configuration services, and expanded its U.S. operating network.
Today, Blue Ocean provides technology-focused services across fulfillment, product configuration, reverse logistics, transportation, and connected operational technology.

Founded in Beaverton, Oregon, with an early focus on return management and WMS development.

Added Florida and introduced additional commerce capabilities.

Expanded into forward fulfillment and electronics configuration.

Added a Pennsylvania location to the U.S. fulfillment network.
Blue Ocean has expanded its operating capabilities, systems, and U.S. network over time.

Added a Delaware fulfillment location and continued system development.

Expanded operating coverage into California and Tennessee.

in September, we launched the TX office, moving the return department and headquarters to the new location.
